Should there be more policing?
I have been treated terribly on here due to jealousy but because I am an adult who doesn't take these things seriously I am not affected.
I feel for those poor young people who are though...Cyber bulying is a problem.

I need some cyber-bullying information?
My ex friend from a private school has been bullying me via the internet through instant messaging and myspace. She has said hateful remarks ( hate speech) and threats. I know this is considered harassment. We both go to different private schools. I know there is a law in Florida that says if you are in public school you can do something about it, but neither me or her attend public schools. What can I do about filing charges? Nothing can be done can it? We are both under the age of 18. I also know there is a Florida discrimination act. But it says that it is only geared towards employers, companies, clubs that discriminate against a person that something can be done. This all pertaining to laws in Florida. We both reside in Florida. What can be done?

How can I find out the identity of someone from just their email address - free?
It's a hotmail address of someone who added me and is playing with my mind a bit.
Is there anyway I can find out who they are/where they're from/their name/age or whatever, online, from just their email address?
Or does anyone have the access to a services they may are already be paying for who will search it for me?
I have already tried all the search engines and networking sites.
They are not sending me emails, they've added me on messenger out of the blue and started telling me things and saying stuff like they know all about me.

Ok,
So I was chatting on facebook, when a boy from my old - OLD school opened a chat and said, 'ello fatty'. Now, I was really surprised at this, because he'd never been that NICE, but he wasn't rude to my memory. So I replied, 'I can say the same about you....'.....and that sparked a whole load of insults which were incomprehensible because he didn't spell, to which I replied perfectly civilised.
I remember I was always shy and open to insults, and just used to go into a corner and cry at them. I moved schools because of bullying, and I'm not putting up with it any more. I said I would show it to my mum if he didn't explain what was up, and that I wasn't scared, just fed up with it. he said, 'just in the mood 2 tlk 2 some obice (I think he meant obese) ppl'.
I am seriously annoyed about this and I won't let it get to me, but what should I do? I won't see him, and he called me bitch, and fat, and lots more names I can't mention. He wouldn't say them to my face, but that isn't what bothers me.

My sister has been crying?
My sister forgot to log out of yahoo answers so a looked on her questions and she apparently has been crying because girls at school were mean to her and calling her emo because she dresses in black. One girl was cyber-bulying her. She doesn't want to tell parents (I know that) and she never crys when I see her. One of her questions were " I'm crying my eyes out". What should I do? She is the type of person who doesn't like to talk about things like that to me.

Are any of these things form of harrasment?
So this girl is doing the following things to my friend, and she wont stop. Are any of these things forms of harrasment that we could get her in trouble with the school for?...
-called my friend a wh0re, b!ttch and slut. Numerous times
-called her immature
-told her to shut the **** up.
-called her and her close friends sluts and that she looked in the dictionary and found their names under the word 'slut'
-after my friend asked her to stop texting her and calling her names numerous tines, she continued
-threatened to get a cease and desist and charge her for something
-threatened to put her in jail for 3 months
This all occured in a text messaging conversation. Ny friend didnt call her any names what so ever. Simply replied with things such as "please stop, you are hurting my feelings" ect.
Should we go to the principal with the texts? Would we get in trouble? Thank you. We are all 13.
