Is it cyber bullying?

i used a social networking site for speaking to celeberities and my friends have found my account, and they have just completley taking the mickey out of me for it. it's gotten me really down and so i haven't been into sixth form since because i know it's just going to be horrible. i'm getting texts as well now about it just having the mickey taken out of me. i really don't know how to deal with this apart from never going back to sixth which i dont want to be an option. it actually feels like im being cyber bullied- and i dont know how to deal with this. Im normally such a strong person and find a way to deal with everything but these girls are meant to be my 'friends' we're nearly 18 and they are acting like their in high school. i know how cyber bullying can end

At nearly 18 I would imagine they ARE in high school. It is obvious they are not being your friends unless that is just the way they act with everyone. Some people rip on others because it is the way they are(me included) but it is not meant to harm you it is actually out of fondness for the person. Now that being said you need to suck it up and stop worrying about trivial crap like this. Life is not about whether people pick or poke fun at you it is about whether you make the best of the situation you are in. Laugh about the whole thing shrug it off because in the end it is how you can feel about yourself and if you feel you are doing nothing wrong then screw them. I keep only a few friends because so many people thrive on drama...it's very tiresome.

Have you tried to tell them that they're hurting you? It is technically a form of cyber bullying, but you could fix it easily by telling them how you feel. If you know them well then there's no reason not to tell them.
